“I have known Katrin for around 10 years, latterly in her role as DAC EMEA conference administrator for 5 years .During this period Katrin’s role has been to manage and administer all aspects of ten DAC EMEA conferences at various locations around Europe. This role includes a variety of tasks including, conference logistics planning, contract and logistics liaison with suppliers, delegate registrations, conference reception desk, supplier master bill reconciliation, plus a myriad of other jobs that are needed to ensure conferences run smoothly.

From 2000 through 2004 Katrin was my personal assistant and during this period Katrin also took on responsibility for
organizing a twice yearly major customer conference known as the Eurodac. The conference rotates each time around major European cities and requires detailed budgetary planning to host and entertain up to 300 delegates.
Following Katrin’s involvement the event was successfully transformed into a self financing operation, actually returning a bottom line profit which was used to fund customer entertainment at the following event.
Katrin also took personal responsibility to liase directly with Conference Hotel personnel and proved to be an extremely diligent negotiator on obtaining competitive pricing for room and event conference facilities.
Katrin’s management of this conference was viewed very highly by the event organizing team that she was requested to continue in this capacity on a self employed basis following her departure from Nortel employment in 2004.
In summary I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Katrin Patzold for conference and event management , she will deliver a compelling and extremely professional event and on budget.”
